Barbecue Spatulas - This World Is Flat

Spatulas are great for small and easily mangled items like burgers, fish or a chicken breast.  The best spatulas have a long blade and beveled edges so you can turn food with the least amount of impact.  You also want a long handle so you and your hands can stay out of the heat of the grill. 

A great spatula will also have slats so steam does not get trapped, some have a jegged edge that can be used to tenderize and the real fancy ones may include a can opener too.
